Shungite is a carbon based material, believed to be 2 million years old, that is found only in the Karelia region of Russia. It was used by Tsars of Russia for overall healing and is offered in many health care products today for detoxing and purification. It's often used in combination with soapstone in what are called harmonizers. The combination of these two stones, used with specific purpose, is said to bring more harmony to your bio-field. This set contains one shungite lens that measures about 1 1/4 in diameter and a soapstone lens that also measures about 1 1/4 in diameter. To use:
