Purpurite Crystal Sphere
Purpurite is such a beautiful and intensely violet toned mineral. This listing is for the exact piece as shown in the photos. The main photo was taken in indirect indoor lighting and the rest were taken in direct indoor lighting. There is a nice shimmery aspect to parts of the sphere. It measures about 1 11/16" in diameter and weighs about 4.9 ounces. The sphere may leave some "residue" after handling, which can easily be washed off with soap and water. To my knowledge, this has been treated with acid, as it common for purpurite, to enhance the violet tones.
Metaphysical Properties:
Purpurite is often called the Stone of Freedom, encouraging a strong connection to your Higher Self, by way of the third eye and crown chakras. And like many other purple stones, it’s known for building a stronger connection to your spiritual allies, such as your angels and spirit guides. It’s often used to help feel more confident in your inherent spiritual gifts, such as clairvoyance and claircognizance. Many people may find that this stone is helpful in breaking habits and patterns that are holding us back, facilitating a life in more harmony and alignment to your highest path.
